Understanding Grades: A, B & C
All refurbished machines at Vora Computers are graded before sale. The grade reflects the cosmetic and functional condition of the device — not just its performance. Every machine, regardless of grade, passes our functional test.
Grade A
Like New / Excellent
- Minimal or no visible scratches
- Screen/display in excellent condition
- All ports and keys fully functional
- Battery health above 80% (laptops)
- Best choice for personal or professional use
Grade B
Good / Minor Wear
- Light scratches or scuff marks on body
- Screen functional, minor cosmetic blemishes
- All core functions fully working
- Battery health 60–80% (laptops)
- Great value for home or office use
Grade C
Fair / Heavy Use
- Visible dents, cracks, or heavy scratches
- Cosmetically imperfect but fully functional
- Battery may need replacement (laptops)
- Ideal for budget setups or workshops
- Lowest price, same quality testing

Rental Tips
- A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking

- Always check the processor generation — older than 6th gen may struggle with Windows 11
- Prefer SSD over HDD for day-to-day speed; upgrading later is always possible
